I need to change / update the address on my order.

Once an order for an in stock title is placed and begins processing, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping or billing information. 

We ARE able to update the address on pre-orders and backorders. Please contact us here to update.

If the ship to address is inaccessible, or contains a typo, your package will likely be returned to our distributor, so please keep an eye on your tracking number and if you've found that the delivery has failed, please contact us, and we'll be able to re-send your order to an updated address, or simply refund you.

Note: Updating Billing Address can be done while placing an order. When you get to the billing address in checkout, make the necessary changes and click save. This billing address will be saved for future orders. At this time it's not possible to change addresses on your accounts page.
