We ARE able to update the address on pre-orders and backorders. To update your order's address, please Submit A Ticket Here. Include the new address and a member of our customer service team will update the address and send you a confirmation when that's been done.
We aren't able to change shipping or payment information on an order for in stock titles, in stock books begin processing to ship immediately. For address issues, your order will probably ship but we may be able to resend it to the correct address for no additional charge.
Please Submit A Ticket, including the correct address, and one of our customer service people will get back to you quickly.
Note: Updating your billing address can be done in checkout. It can't currently be done on your Account page. When you get to the billing address in checkout, make the necessary changes and click save. This billing address will be saved for future orders.
